Michael has completed the two year Clinical Diploma in Conscious Sedation and Pain Control through the University of Sydney. Prior to this, he has been working as a general dentist since 2011. Michael is endorsed by AHPRA to provide conscious sedation for dental procedures.
Conscious sedation is the greatest extent of sedation that is offered by Michael. He uses his knowledge of dental procedures and sedation to optimise the patient's experience and also keep the dental team as relaxed and efficient as possible.
Michael works with Registered Nurses to keep the flow of the sedation list as smooth as possible. The additional support is especially helpful when clinicians wish to see multiple patients during a given session.
